The human infection number 54 of bird flu was confirmed. The patient is a two-years old child called Mahmoud Sobhy Ghareeb Ali who lives in Suez. He was infected due to his dealing with dead infected birds.

He was admitted to Suez Hospital for Fevers where he was given the "Tamiflu" drug and the condition has become stable.
