The Ministry of Health announced yesterday 21/4/2009 the death of the human case no. 21for Ali Mohamed Ali, 6 years old from Shubra al-Kheima, Qalyubia Governorate at Children Hospital, Ain Shams University over a breath failure.

The bird flu dead victims have, thus, totaled 24 cases since the deadly H5N1 virus has made its debut in 2006 and is the first case to pass away in the year 2009.
