On Wednesday 1/4/2009, the bird flu human infection No. 61 was confirmed. The infection was for Mohamed el-Shahat Mohamed Hassan Amer, aged two years, from Salah el-Din village,Giza governorate.

He was admitted to el-Nagoura Hospital, el-Menoufia governorate on Monday 30/03/2009, suffering from high temperature and cough.
